- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

tough to install but very happy with it now
It was important to me to get a range hood that looked sleek and stylish because we just redid our kitchen. So I bought this one and I am VERY happy with how it looks in the kitchen. I struggled a little bit with the installation to be honest because I the instructions were tough to understand in parts. Also struggled to remove the outer packaging when it first arrived. Once we got it installed, we were happy with how well it functions though, and it's definitely a great value for the cost. It got here quick too, which is always a nice bonus.

Problems
I purchased hood 11 months ago. I cannot set the clock, light dimmer function does not work and it starting beeping intermittently. The manual that came with it is not helpful at all. I am getting frustrated. I would not recommend this product at this time. I would change my mind if the company would help me out.

Buyer beware
I bought my 36" hood a while back. The board crapped out shortly after it was professionally installed. I contacted the company and they sent me all new control unIts. Great,right. Not.....when I had my electrician come out to install it he told me that what they sent did not fit my unit. Wonderful!!! I contacted the company again and they said there was nothing they could do, they considered it a closed matter since they sent the parts.
Whatever, I'm a cancer patient and don't have time to deal with this. I figured I would put up with it for as long as the remote worked. That died today. Replaced the battery. Nothing. Guess it's time to get rid of this thing once and for all.
I work with customers daily on their new homes and I tell everyone of them not to purchase this hood. It's the one spot in my own remodel hat I regret

quiet and efficient
The only thing I would change is, I wish that the light had a better dim fucntion , because it is very bright. However it's just the thing I was looking for, because the fan is very quiet when it runs and it just generally functions very well. In a perfect world they might include some instructions on things like changing the clock and filters. But I have to say that overall I am very happy with my purchase.

works great and looks good
I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to work it at first, but once I did I was very happy. I was surprised by how quiet the fan really is, even on the higher settings, I would recommend this product to friends and family and to me that's the biggest compliemt I can give.

Love this hood, I'm very happy with it. At first me and my husband were a little hesitant because the range hood exhausts a really good amount of CFM and the price was really quite affordable, but my husband installed it without any issues. We ran a ductless option

I'd buy it again
First thing is it actually arrived at my home on time! Super easy to install, easy to follow directions, which is an important thing. I'm happy with how it makes my kitchen look and it functions great, fan is pretty quiet especially on lower settings. Happy.

Looks great, works great, what more do I need
I noticed right away that all the settings on the exhaust fan were quieter than the other models I looked at before. Takes the smell and smoke out of my kitchen very good. Also this is a stylish looking range hood! I was pleasant surprised.
