- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse

Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee.
